Goat Cheese-Dipped Grapes
Updated September 20, 2016
oz chèvre (goat) cheese, softened
tablespoon heavy whipping cream
grapes (green, red or a mixture of both), washed and dried
cup very finely chopped toasted pecans
In medium microwavable bowl, mix cheese, heavy cream, honey and salt. Microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) 30 to 60 seconds, until easily stirred smooth.
Place one grape on each cocktail toothpick. Dip each grape halfway into goat cheese mixture, shaking off excess goat cheese mixture, then dip into toasted pecans and place on serving platter. Refrigerate 15 minutes, or until ready to serve.
- Make sure to shake off excess goat cheese mixture when dipping grapes to keep mixture from pooling over grapes.
- When skewering grapes, place stem side down so that the pretty side of the grape faces up on the toothpick.
