Gingerbread Pudding Shots

(3.4 oz.) box gingerbread-flavored instant pudding and pie filling (available seasonally)
cup butterscotch schnapps
(8 oz.) tub whipped topping
Mini gingerbread men cookies
Whipped cream and cinnamon for topping
In a large bowl, mix box of instant gingerbread pudding and milk with a whisk until combined.
Add butterscotch schnapps and whisk again until combined. Slowly fold in whipped topping.
Freeze for at least an hour to thicken up.
Spoon into shot glasses and top with gingerbread men cookies, whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Refrigerate until serving.
- If seasonal gingerbread pudding is not available, use butterscotch instead and replace milk with gingerbread-flavored coffee creamer.
- We made our mini gingerbread men using Betty Crocker™ gingerbread cookie mix. If you’re making these pudding cups out of season and don’t have access to gingerbread cookie mix, molasses cookie mix works well as a substitute.
